Calling all Rockford, Illinois Area Letterboxers

Greetings,

I'm just stared letterboxing this summer and I really enjoy it. I've noticed a surge of boxes placed in the Greater Rockford Area. I was wondering if any boxers in the Greater Rockford area would like to start a Letterboxing Club? We could meet once a month, or once every few months, perhaps at Barnes & Nobels or Borders. I thought it would be a great way to meet other letter boxers in the area and trade stamps, stories, and tips.

there may be a group organized. Plus join the regional list.
I actually live in Chicago but wouldn't mind the drive every once in awhile.

Thanks for the reply. I did check meetup.com and didn't see anything for the Rockford area reguarding letterboxing. I have your e-mail and I will keep you post on what develops. It's great that you're willing to travel to Rockford once in awhile to participate.
